One:
You need to decide what type of website you would like to have. What is the purpose for having the site? Is it for personal/family use, running a business, music/fans? There are so many different types of sites out there and yours can be unique. Just start by defining what it means to you and your audience.
Two:
The details: Once you have your site defined it is now time to work out the details of the content that will be on the site. Will it be a simple 3-5 page site or something more complicated such as 5-10 main pages with 30 subpages? This is the meat and potatoes of your site. What do you want to say to your audience?
Three:
Talk to me. Once you have done steps one and two it is time to get your site designed and up on the Internet. I will discuss with you the look and feel of your site. I want to know your thoughts before the design process begins. Then I create a basic draft of your site and give you time for feedback. Once I have your input on the draft I then finalize the design and import your content into the site. Then you are up and running.
I also offer regular maintenance packages so that keeping your site up to date with the latest information is as simple as sending me an email with the changes that need to be made.
